No Purchase is necessary to enter. Winners are eligible to receive the Thistle credit portion of the prize if their zip code is located within Thistle local delivery of shipping regions: San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, San Diego, Portland, Seattle, New York City, Philadelphia; and parts of California, Arizona, Idaho, New Jersey, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington. Giveaway is valid where applicable law allows. You must be 18 years old to enter. You must reside in the U.S.A to be shipped physical prizes. Employees and contractors of the Contest’s participating sponsors, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
The Contest’s participating sponsors (LIVEKINDLY, Vegan Fashion Week, Ettitude, Thistle, and Burlap & Barrel) reserve the right to obtain names and email addresses from the entry form, as well as the right to publicize the winner’s names. Extra email entries do not increase your chances of winning.
Winners are randomly chosen. The winner will be notified via email, make sure you enter using a valid email address. You will have 3 days to respond and claim your prize. You will be contacted via email by a representative of the sponsors of the giveaway to obtain your information. The time starts after the email is sent to the address you entered with. If you fail to respond or claim your prize we will select another winner.
Conditions and Limitations of Liability: By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising, public relations and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims or actions of any kind, including but not limited to any claim related to entrantsʼ submission of an entry, entrantsʼ participation in the Giveaway, or for property damage, product liability, wrongful death or personal injury arising out of or relating to possession, acceptance, receipt or use/misuse of the prize, whether under contract, tort or any other legal theory, and agree to indemnify the Released Parties against any liability or expense (including reasonable attorneysʼ fees) arising in connection with the foregoing. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution. The value of prizes may be taxable as income. Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due.
The Giveaway’s Sponsors are not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, fraudulent, or inaccurate entries, nor for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems that may limit or affect a personʼs ability to participate in the giveaway, whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing, electronic, network or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the giveaway, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Giveaway or in any Giveaway-related materials.

We have represented each sponsor with the expectation they will fulfill their prize and do so in a timely manner. We will contact the sponsor(s) regarding your prize(s).
