1 tsp orange extract
zest of 1/2 unwaxed orange (plus a little more for decoration)

A pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a bain-marie (or double broiler).
  2. Add the silken tofu, orange extract, orange zest, maple syrup, salt, and melted chocolate/coconut mixture to a blender and blend for one to two minutes or until smooth.
  3. Transfer the chocolate mousse to two dessert jars and place them in the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
  4. Decorate with thin slices of orange & some extra zest and serve straight from the fridge.
