Vegan Non-dairy Brand Launches New Almond-Cashew Milk in Recycled Plant-Based Bottles

So Delicious, a popular dairy-free and vegan nondairy brand, is releasing a new, organic almond milk made with cashews. The brand that’s been providing dairy-free options for over 30 years is capitalizing on this new release with a largely plant-based bottle and a smaller list of ingredients. With a delicious, dairy-free taste, environmentally-friendly bottle, and fewer ingredients, So Delicious is aiming to release a product for the future.

Sustainability is key to brands today, as more and more consumers become aware of the environmental impacts of the things we eat and drink. So Delicious has prioritized sustainability with their newest almond milk with recycled bottles that are 80 percent plant-based — which, ultimately, reduces the need for and dependence on fossil fuels.

The ingredient list is seven items or fewer and includes ingredients like vanilla extract and responsibly sourced coconut sugar. The company purposely avoided the overuse of stabilizers and thickeners to allow the natural taste of the ingredients to stand out.

Every ingredient has a purpose, and every flavor comes to life in its own unique way,” Aubrey Yuzva, So Delicious’ Senior Brand Manager said to Market Insider. “It’s so delicious, you’ll be so surprised it’s such a simple recipe with no extra.”

The new line of almond milk with cashew is Non-GMO Project Verified, Gluten-Free, Certified Vegan, and Certified Organic. The milks come in three different flavors: vanilla, unsweetened, and original.
