2.  L’Artisane Creative Bakery

L’Artisane Creative Bakery

A vegan French bakery on Miami Beach? Yes, it does exist! This quaint patisserie replicates the traditional bakery foods of France, inspired by founder Chef Carolina Molea’s many trips to the country. Dissatisfied with the distinct lack of veganized French food, Molea embarked on her own entrepreneurial culinary journey; L’Artisane Creative Bakery opened its doors this March. Grab a small bite such as a plant-based quiche, or dine in for lunch – the cafe has an impressive savory menu. Take home a pain au chocolate and a diplomat mille-feuille for dessert.

After leaving her first concept behind, Chef Chloe Coscarelli is back in action at her new fast-casual eatery in the chic St. Roch Market. The menu features everything we love about Chef Coscarelli’s cooking – it’s fresh, bold, familiar, and incredibly delicious. Think of colorful plant-based Butternut Nachos, Miami Mango Salad, and plenty of freshly baked cookies, cakes, and pastries.

“It so wonderful to feed people in person. It’s been a lot of fun getting to know the people of Miami and cook for them and feed them and get to see their reactions,” Coscarelli told LIVEKINDLY. “For me, that’s the most rewarding part.”
