Cherry Chocolate Puddin’

Serves 4 | Total Time: 15 minutes


– 2 ripe avocados
– 1 cup fresh pitted cherries
– 200g dark (vegan) chocolate
– 1/2 can of chickpea water

– Add avocado, chickpea water and cherries to your food processor
– Melt dark chocolate in the microwave or over boiling water for 3-4 minutes
– Pulse until smooth
– Serve as is or refrigerate for a firmer, mousse-like texture
