LA’s Vegan Street Fair Set to Return for Record-Breaking Spring Event

LA's Vegan Street Fair Set to Return for Record-Breaking Spring Event

The Los Angeles Vegan Street Fair, the nation’s largest free vegan event, has announced the dates for its 4th annual street fair.

Taking place on March 25th, 2018, the Vegan Street Fair is  “the new Woodstock,” according to the VSF website. Attendance broke 30,000 last year and with interest in vegan food predicted to be the top food trend this year, the event is likely to surpass last year’s record attendance by a large margin.

The day-long event in North Hollywood features local vegan vendors serving “bite-size portions of vegan eats all in one place,” the event Facebook page notes. “At VSF, you get to nosh on as many local eats as your heart desires (and your belly can hold) for street fair prices. So instead of buying a $10 plate of vegan nachos and sitting out the rest of the amazing food experiences, you have the option to get bites from one vendor, move on to the next, and enjoy all of your city’s BEST vegan eats without getting full for a fraction of the price of a regular meal. Who doesn’t love that? And if you prefer larger portions, you’ll get that too! Best of both worlds, amirite?”

While admission to Vegan Street Fair is free, attendees are encouraged to purchase the limited edition Fast Passes to express lines. There are three “all inclusive” passport options, with one that includes $4 portions from select vendors. (Fast Pass tickets available February 1st via the VSF website.)
