Made In Chelsea Star Lucy Watson to Lauch ‘Feed Me Vegan’ Ready Meals at Waitrose Supermarkets

“Made in Chelsea” star, entrepreneur, author, and Instagrammer Lucy Watson has launched a vegan ready meal range named after her recent cookbook, “Feed Me Vegan.” The line will launch in the UK supermarket chain Waitrose next month.

Watson made the announcement yesterday in an Instagram post.

“I am beyond excited to announce that on the 3rd October my new venture @feedmevegan.uk will be launching!” she wrote. “I have worked hard to develop three amazing vegan AND gluten free ready meals which will be available to purchase in 155 Waitrose & Partners stores across the country from the 3rd October.”

The Feed Me Vegan website shows three vegan ready meals: a curry, a chilli, and a shepherd’s pie.

Watson has become an outspoken vegan, sharing tips, meals, and inspiration with her more than 1.4 million Instagram followers.

Most recently the star shared a post with Olympic swimmer Tom Daley. The two apparently battled it out in a vegan bake-off. “I made a chocolate banana bread with @bulkpowders_uk protein powder (it all got eaten by the crew before I could take this pic,” she wrote.

Watson joins the growing vegan celebrity roster with A-listers including Natalie Portman, Jessica Chastain, Kevin Smith, and Chris Hemsworth. A number of musicians including Moby and Will.i.am are vegan, and even Drake said that he no longer eats meat. Fellow social media star “Deliciously Ella” also recently announced plans to launch her own line of vegan ready meals on Ocado and in Whole Foods Market stores.
