Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate (vegan-friendly)
  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 and once warm, place almonds on a baking tray and roast for 10-15 mins.
  2. Whilst almonds roast, boil a pan of hot water, place a glass bowl on top, break up chocolate and melt the chocolate until it is smooth. Or chuck it in the microwave if you really can’t be arsed.
  3. Remove the almonds from the oven, let them cool, then place them on a chopping board and crush them up into small pieces.
  4. Once you have crushed the almonds, pour the melted chocolate into the baking tray and sprinkle the almonds and cranberries evenly through the chocolate mix.
  5. Sprinkle over sea salt, as much as desired.
  6. Place in the fridge to set for 1 hour.
