Rihanna Launches Silk-Free Vegan Lingerie Collection

Following the success of Fenty Beauty – a revolutionary cruelty-free makeup range that caters for all skin types – musician Rihanna has now conquered the world of fashion. Savage X Fenty Valentine’s silk-free vegan lingerie collection is the latest release from the singer and entrepreneur, and items are already selling out fast.

Rihanna announced the release of the collection on Instagram, with a photo of her wearing an open back hearts bikini. She captioned the post, “This Valentine’s Day is all about you! Fall in [love] with my newest [Savage X Fenty] vday collection – out now!!”

Rihanna’s lingerie is often praised for its all-body-types-inclusivity, and her Valentine’s collection is no exception, with bra sizes from 32A to 44E, and sizes from XS to XL available.

The singer and businesswoman said on the lingerie collection’s website, “My vision for Savage X has always been inclusivity, has always been having women feel confident and expressing themselves through a little lace, a little corsetry, a little T-Shirt bra.”

Whether customers are looking for satin and lace bodysuits, or perhaps a mesh cami, the superstar’s latest drop will leave everyone looking “extra AF,” according to the website.

Customers can also browse through Rihanna’s personal favorite items from the collection, including a pastel pink bodysuit and red lace underwear, with prices ranging from £20 to £84.

There’s even a vegan leather riding crop available in three daring colors, and if customers sign up to the new Xtra VIP Xclusive club, special offers on bras and bralettes are available.

A Very Vegan Valentines

As well as cruelty-free lingerie, there are a number of vegan-friendly cruelty-free options for lovers this Valentine’s Day.

Veggie beauty brand Lush has launched a range of naked emoji-inspired Valentine’s bath bombs, featuring aubergine and peach designs, as well as an “American Pie” body conditioner and a “Love Island” body scrub. “If you want to spread your love a little further and show some care to the environment this year, these packaging-free products are the perfect pick,” the brand said in a press release earlier this year.

For Harry Potter fans, Warner Bros studios in Hertfordshire is hosting a “truly magical” vegan-friendly Valentine’s dining event in its Great Hall. And for those with a sweet tooth, vegan-friendly snack Oreos are launching a special pink “Love, Oreo” in honor of February 14.
