Make These Vegan Italian Sausages From Scratch

Make These Vegan Italian Sausages From Scratch

It couldn’t be more timely with the nice weather and BBQ season! These vegan Italian sausages from scratch can be enjoyed in so many ways! Think about all the amazing pasta dishes you could make! Or on the grill, as a hot dog… The possibilities are limitless!

It makes eight sausages, if that’s too many you can always freeze them! My husband loved them, I personally can’t eat vital wheat gluten so this one was for my husband and for you guys! I hope you enjoy them! I tasted small pieces here and there to adjust the recipe and they are really really good! I will attempt to make a gluten-free option but I doubt it will be as good as these sausages are!

In order to create this recipe, you’ll need liquid and dry ingredients. For the former, you will need vegetable broth, kidney beans, ketchup, tahini, oil, and red wine vinegar. For the dry ingredients, you will need vital wheat gluten, chickpea flour, minced hearts of palm, Italian seasonings, parsley, chili flakes, garlic and onion powder, fennel seeds, and salt and pepper.

I hope you enjoy this vegan Italian sausage recipe as much as I do!
